Boost Energy

There are times throughout our day or week where we feel bogged down and lacking energy.

It might be from working too many hours, stressing unnecessarily, not eating enough energy-producing/body-nourishing foods, or we might have even picked up negative energy from other people. No matter the reason, there is in fact a quick energy-boosting fix that you can do anywhere: BOUNCE & JUMP!

Bowl of Fruity Goodness

As you probably already know, I am really not a fan of anything processed. That especially goes for breakfast. This meal starts your entire day off, so you have a choice:
1. Nourish your body and revitalize your energy or
2. Zap your energy, causing yourself to feel fatigued by choosing something processed.

Cold cereals (yup, even the "Healthy" ones) are processed & full of sugar. Ready to go packets of Oatmeal -- a HUGE no-no (have you seen the added ingredients in them -- even chemicals!).... Don't even get me started on toast or bagels!
